Our First Fund Raiser:

Pedaling from Sea to Shining Sea

We  dedicated our own journey, an unsupported, self-guided bike ride across America in 2007 to raise money for Thuch's projects.

Your pledges and donations kept  three old codgers pedaling strong in the fiercest of headwinds! We begin in Yorktown, VA on May 16, finished July 3 & 5. We averaged a bit under 80 miles per day, with no rest days*.

*Sharon received 3 days of unplanned rest when her bike was smashed in Centerville, MO.  Read all about it in our daily journal.
